Only through video can you relive the music, the voices and emotions… it is all there in vivid color at your fingertips.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy in taping weddings is to remain an unobtrusive observer of the day's events and not "take-over" or orchestrate the activities. We take a cinematic/documentary style approach to your video, which we feel most accurately captures the sights, sounds and emotions of your special day. Every wedding is different, and we want your wedding video to be something which is uniquely your own.
YOUR DAY, YOUR WAY!
TimeStamp Video offers several wedding video packages and individual service options that preserve your special day, your way. Packages are provided in order to group most of the commonly requested services into a cost-effective option, but we are more than willing to entertain any special requests you might have. We will “mix and match” to suit your needs.
NO TIME LIMITS!
Many videographers put a time limit on their wedding services. Your day is our day, as well, and we’re there for you as long as you need us to be. We don't set arbitrary time limits then charge expensive overtime when you realize the time is up halfway through the reception or when unforeseen circumstances arise.
2-CAMERA CEREMONY COVERAGE – Standard!
At TimeStamp Video, you don’t have to pay extra for two-camera coverage of your wedding ceremony. This is a standard feature in all of our packages.
STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT
We use two Sony VX2100 3-chip digital video cameras on fluid-head tripods. These are broadcast quality cameras that perform exceptionally well in all lighting situations. There is no need for extra lighting that leaves you and your guests squinting at the camera! A very small, lavalier wireless microphone on the groom and powerful camera-mounted microphones capture audio with clarity.
EDITING
Your video will be edited to contain all the best moments of your special day with subtle transitions and slow motion effects to enhance your video. We take pride in creating special and individualized products. We assure you that your wedding will not be edited with a boiler-plate approach.
DVD
Copies of your edited wedding video are presented to you on a DVD* in a custom case. Your DVD will have custom interactive menus and chapters allowing you to find a particular scene very quickly. Each case is completely individualized.
*We prefer to use DVDs because their audio and video quality is far superior to VHS, but VHS can certainly be substituted for a DVD when requested.

Silver Package:
This package provides 2-camera coverage of your ceremony, 1-camera coverage of your reception, and a highlights montage (from video footage).
Includes 1 edited DVD in a custom case.
 Gold
Package:
Includes everything listed in the Silver package, plus coverage of pre-ceremony preparation (at one location) and an additional photo montage with up to 45
photos. Includes 2 edited DVD’s in custom cases.
Platinum Package:
The Platinum Package pulls out all the stops. You’ll get pre-ceremony
preparation at one location, 2-camera ceremony coverage, 1-camera reception coverage, a highlights montage (from video footage)
and a “love story” montage, shown at your reception. This package includes 3 edited DVD’s in custom cases.

Additional DVD/VHS Copies
Ceremony-Only Coverage:
2-camera coverage of your wedding ceremony with no reception coverage. Price includes 2 edited DVD’s in custom cases.
Love Story Video:
This special video includes a pre-taped session with the bride and groom, telling the story of their meeting, courtship, proposal, future dreams, etc. This touching video is incorporated with photographs of the couple from childhood to present.
Love Story Video Shown at Reception:
Your Love Story Video can be shown at your reception on our large projection
screen or more discreetly on a flat screen television set up for your guests to
enjoy at their leisure. Your guests are sure to love it!
Photo Montage:
Gentle movement, soft transitions and music bring life to your still photos.
Service price includes up to 45 photos, but we will accommodate as many photos
as you would like for a nominal fee.
Honeymoon Montage:
Relive your honeymoon for years to come from the comfort of your living room!
Include up to 45 photos at the base price, but we will accommodate as many
photos as you would like for a nominal fee.
Pre-Ceremony Highlights:
One-location coverage of the bridal party preparing for the day.
Photo Session Coverage:
Video montage of your photo session from video clips, with transitions, set to music of your choosing.
This coverage must be pre-approved by your photographer.
Raw Footage (1 copy)
Wedding Highlights Montage:
Montage of stills from your wedding video, set to music. This is a
wonderful "highlights" version of
the day for those times when you have a quick moment to show it off to visiting
family or friends!
